No smoking inside the Airbnb. 

No parties or events.

No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people, disregard for this rule implies the payment of double the amount of the initial reservation.

Quiet time after 10 p.m.

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

Cleaning only on arrival (additional cleaning can be requested at an additional cost to be paid locally), toilet paper and soap are available.

Free access to the development's pools (the use of a sun lounger in the pool area has an additional cost per day to be paid locally to the pool operator, there are grassed areas to extend bath towels).

Parasols and children's toys to take to the beach are available in the apartment, beach towels are available upon payment of an additional cleaning fee payable locally.

Charging electric cars on house plugs is not allowed

Check-in: after 4pm; Check-out: before 10am

Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.

Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony.

No pets allowed.

Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests .

Safety deposit: 300€ to be paid during the booking and returned back after checking the house

Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
